IsThereAnyDeal (alternative) - Lacro59 - 07-15-2020

Informations
The plugin "IsThereAnyDeal" get the data from isthereanydeal to show in Playnite.
The plugin is a alternative version to bburky.
  • Get whislit from Steam, GOG, Epic Game Store, Humble Bundle, Oringin and Xbox.
  • Manual Steam whislit import.
  • Remove a game in your wish list for GOG, Epci Game Store and Origin.
  • Show best price for different game in wishlit.
  • Notification when percent reduc is above limit defined.
  • Show giveaways.
  • Notification for new giveaways.

Localization
The plugin is localized.
It's possible to translate the extension on crowdin


Warnings
  • With the 1.2 version, there is a database migration. The old database is saved in plugin data folder.
  • It's possible to have duplicate extension. You must uninstall old version in settings menu.

This plugin looks cool. Looks like this plugin has different features than my old one.

Does this plugin also do what my plugin did? Can I upload a list of games from my Playnite library to my ITAD collection? Will this plugin automatically remove games that appear in my library from my ITAD wishlist.

The purpose of my plugin was so that I could automatically remove games from my wishlist after I bought them. Or know if I already own games that appear in bundles (ITAD shows them with a strikethrough the game is in your collection).

It's truth that this plugin have different feature.

The plugin get the wish list from the stores, not from ITAD.
The plugin is only "one way".
No wish list control with the Playnite game list.

My first step was have quickly information on promotion a wish list game.

More things could still comming.
It's a first alpha version.

Hey I have just installed this and wanted to share that although its installed on my playnite it installs as an extenstion like gog steam etc rather than a plugin like Succsess story in the settings menu so in turn I cannot acsess any settings for it. I am not sure why. I know its alpha so I just wanted to pass on the info in the hope of helping the next release. Sorry I can't be more specific I have no coding experience. Thank you for your work though.

Would you like to know and is it possible to translate into Portuguese-BR? In this case I am responsible for translating so that unfortunately I do not know how to program / edit extensions.

For translate, you can just post the LocSource.xaml file translated.
I will integrate it.

G'day. I don't have access to Playnite 8, but it doesn't look like this is already addressed, so: it'd be great if I could tell the extension to notify me when a game on my wishlist is being sold for <= $5, since that is my "yeah, whatever" price point for grabbing things.

having trouble getting this to import my waitlist from ITAD. have playnite 8 and the latest version of this. can see giveaways but nothing else. adjusting sliders doesn't seem too do anything either.

I had the same problem it did not display anything in wishlist but i figured out a workaround. If you goto your steam library setup (for importing games) enable the checkbox for private account and then get an api key for your account and enter it in that dialog when i did that it started loading my wishlist
