I want to make a new themes but have a dead end to show new add games and sort by names at once. Is it possible only using themes or is it need some core mod?

No, this is not possible via a theme.

You'll have to utilize the "Group By" feature which will get the sorting results you want, but won't display a divider. Either use group by Completion Status or create custom categories and group by those.
Group by dividers on grid view would be a nice addition to Playnite

Thx. Now Im use sort by name and for new games I add "Sorting Name" ~New. So the new games will be at first row.

I really would love a group divider, but I think I've read that it would be performance consuming
