User score not being imported from itch.io - andreask - 09-03-2020
It took me a while to realize, since we do get the IGDB user rating, but the itch.io user rating just isn't getting imported for me, despite https://github.com/JosefNemec/Playnite/wiki/Feature-table-based-on-library-provider stating that it is supported.
I double checked this using Celeste - it shows a community score of 90 for me in Playnite. IGDB users rate it as 90%, itch.io users rate it at 4.9/5. If I uncheck IGDB from the Metadata settings and re-scan the game, no community score shows up at all.
I've tried googling this issue and looking through the forums, but found nothing about it. I've looked through the settings, but there doesn't seem to be anything there relevant to this issue. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling Playnite, but it didn't fix it. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the itch.io launcher, and reauthenticating the connection, but it didn't help.
Is this a local problem, as the lack of search results would indicate, or a general problem with the itch.io metadata importer?
(This isn't much of an issue for Celeste, but more for the 840 games from the mega bundle earlier this year that don't have a IGDB score, many of which do have a score in the itch.io store)

We don't import community score from itch.
