What is the problem you are having?
Playnite already has an emulator profile for the Yuzu emulator (https://github.com/JosefNemec/Playnite/blob/master/source/Playnite/Emulators/yuzu.yaml) and the emulator will be detected if it's named "yuzu.exe"
