Gobal play time

Does Playnite give you a play time total for all games in your collection? I can see play time for each game but I was looking to see if there was like a stats window or something that tells me how long I've played overall.

There's no way how to get that info at the moment (unless you write yourself an extension that would count play time from all games and display that), but there is plan to add in-depth stat view that would show overall play time as well:
