Attention MedLaunch Users: Delete MedLaunch, Use Only Playnite

Hey all. If you use MedLaunch and you get this error, it means MedLaunch has screwed up your configs. Delete Mednafen.cfg, then launch a game in a given system and press SHIFT+ALT+1. Go through the configuration with whatever controller you want to use, and voila, you're all set. You will need to do this once per emulated system (Once for Sega Saturn, once for Super Nintendo, etc.) Launch game of that system, SHIFT+ALT+1, config, rinse repeat.

Now delete MedLaunch from your brain and your computer, Playnite is the new MedLaunch, more or less. MedLaunch hasn't been updated for two years, which is what I'm guessing is causing the configuration corruption. Anything MedLaunch has that Playnite currently doesn't have isn't worth using, because pennies to peanuts it's corrupted and doesn't work with current Mednafen.

I guess the best we can do with MedLaunch at this point is to chop it up for feature requests and maybe find some of its old devs to see if they want to work on Playnite.

For the non-initiated: What is MedLaunch anyway?

It's an old frontend for Mednafen, which is a multi-game emulator that Playnite supports, by which I mean Playnite allows for individual game names based on the ROM/CUE so you can launch Mednafen games from Playnite. It used to be bangin' back in the day, but now it causes corruption when you try to configure stuff with it.

If you're reading this, MedLaunch author, know that I do not mean to dis you, I only have respect for what you've done. I'm just trying to make sure no one else gets caught up in this.
