Playlist Extension

This extension provides a sidebar action with a manually ordered "playlist" queue of games.

Games can be added to the playlist by right clicking them in the library view and selecting "Add to Playlist".

This extension can be used as a simple quick access game list, or you can use it to work through your backlog of games. Move games to the top of the list that you intend to play soon.

The playlist is accessible from the left sidebar in Playnite. Games can be reordered with drag and drop. Right click to remove games, or move a group of games to the top or the bottom. Games can be launched from the play button in the playlist or by pressing enter on the the keyboard.

This extension requires Playnite 9 or newer.

Hi,

Thank you for this extension. It's really nice to see and put your games in the order you want to play them. So much so that I am thinking of making Playnite and Playlist the center of my gaming operations. But there's a recent problem: Drag & drop doesn't work anymore for me. "Move to top" and "move to bottom" still do, but I can't order my games otherwise. I have no idea what caused it. Apart from occasional updates for Playnite and extensions, I didn't change anything. Any ideas?

Any chance you might add functionality for multiple playlists? Would love to be able to create "best of" lists and have quick access to them.

This is a good extension, but as with some of the other posters here I have a wish list of improvements.

1. Number each item in the list.
   
2. Sortable columns.
   
3. Multiple named lists.
   
4. A search box.

This would be a great feature. 

I'd also love a "play random" or "shuffle" feature so I could add a bunch of roguelike games and have it pick one, for example.
