For BSG in particular, they sell offer for free some more games at Steam (Hired Ops, published through third-party publisher) and through separate website (Contract Wars).
These extra games may or may not arrive to BSG Launcher eventually, in same manner with Wargaming's launchers (which had games from all over the place listed).
The main EFT game itself is not free to play though so... eh... it indeed might fail to fit into Playnite development paradigm.
I, however, am pondering the idea of Last Epoch stand-alone and Path of Exile stand-alone (the latter of which made it into GOG Galaxy somehow) integrations currently.
For these it indeed might be a bit redundant since neither launcher will get any extra games in foreseeable future.
(besides, since we touched this topic... there is a publisher called Nutaku - is that OK to try to assemble an integration for their launcher?)
