Hello, I put the settings used besides the screenshots in the first image of the post. If that doesn't help please tell me which image you are referring to.
The settings are just enabling/disabling:
Settings -> Appearance -> General -> Use game background image as window background
Settings -> Appearance -> Layout -> Draw separator between panels
Settings -> Appearance -> Details view -> Background Image
MainMenu -> View -> Sidebar -> Enabled
