It is possible to reference theme icons for menu icons?

I want to use icons from a theme as a menu icon for an extension. For example - if I wanted to use the "Links" icon used by the Playnite Desktop Default Theme as a Menu Icon, how would I do this?
Further to above - Ideally I would want to reference an icon from the currently assigned theme in use. Is this possible using Powershell?
