Is there a way to grab these without creating a desktop shortcut and copying it from that? Creating custom game tiles with TileIconifier and I still want the Playnite tracking.

You just need to replace the {DatabaseID} with the database Id found in the Game Details under the "Advanced" tab in "playnite://playnite/start/{DatabaseID}".
But I also created an extension in the past that you might be interested in: https://playnite.link/addons.html#felixk...ync_Plugin
It can create shortcuts for your games in a start menu folder, depending on your configuration. If you pin those shortcuts to the start menu, they will get custom tiles, using the logo as the background image. It definitely has less customization options for tiles than TileIconifier, but it makes it very simple to add tiles in bulk.
