Fix Links | Sort links, Tag links, Delete duplicate links + more

• Sort all links by name
  
• Delete any links where their url is empty
  
• Fix any links where their url needs a trim
  
• (advanced option) Add tags for all links
  
• (advanced option) Remove invalid tags for links
  
• (advanced option) Use tags to fix links with inconsistent name case
  

The advanced menu is disabled by default. Use the menu option if you want to enable this.


Comments:

• If you are using my Sort Links extension, uninstall it before installing this extension.
  
• (advanced menu options) Running Time Warning - The first time you run the Add Tags for links, it will take a long time to finish running.
  

Compatibility Warning: Due to the breaking changes introduced in Playnite 9, this extension is not compatible with any version of Playnite after v8.15.

Update Announcement v1.1.0

• Altered 'Remove tags without matching links' to capture games that no longer have any links.

• Corrected link name applied in 'Correct name case for links to match tags'
  

Comments:

• Run the link sorter before running Delete duplicate links.
  
• Any option that deletes links has a limitation of one removal per game per run. If the results show that any links were removed, run it again in case any game has more links that need removing.
  

If you used 'Correct name case' in v1.0.0 release
The 'Correct name case for links to match tags' has been fixed in this release. Install this update then run the correct name case again to automatically fix the issues from v1.0.0

Fixed

• (advanced option) Add tags for all links - Fixed bug that prevented existing link tags from being added to games. Install and re-run this to add the missing tags to your games.
  

Warning on using 'Delete duplicate links'

• 'Delete duplicate links (only same name + url)' may incorrectly remove a link from a game if there is another game with the same game name and has the same link + url. This bug will only occur if the link on the second game occurs immediately after processing the link on the first game. If there are other links in between then the link will not be removed. This has been fixed in v1.2.0.

Fixed

• (advanced option) 'Delete all appid PCGamingWiki links' - One of the metadata plugins adds PCGamingWiki links that have not been verified. Many of these urls do not have a page on the wiki. This function finds and deletes all these links that use the steam appid format. This will not affect links that were added using the PCGamingWiki plugin.
  

Compatibility Warning: Due to the breaking changes introduced in Playnite 9, this extension is not compatible with any version of Playnite after v8.15. I plan on upgrading to Playnite 10 after I finish converting my add-ons.
