[SOLVED] Disabling events in Playnite?

I am interested in speeding up the execution of a long process without resorting to running code on Playnite while it is closed. Is it possible to temporarily disable events within Playnite? If possible what are the minimum requirements? e.g. minimum Playnite version, supported languages

You can't disable events. If you want performance, switch to plugins from script extensions, you'll get orders of magnitude better performance.
