I'm a new user and first of all this is the best add-on for Playnite ever. Merci beaucoup!

I have also one question and one suggestion. Let me start with the latter.

The HLTB tags 1 to 5 hours and 5 to 10 hours should be changed to include a "0" before the first number to be able to list them in order. As you can see I created my own tags and it lists them in good order but normally the tag 5 to 10 hours is between the tag 40 to 50 and the tag 50 to 60.

   

As for my second question. I don't know why HLTB tab isn't showing my multiplayer times? There's only the battlefield vietnam time that's updated. And also why some titles are striken out? Many thanks!

Oh and one last thing. The times for replays are also not showing in the tab.

I have one question. I had to reformat my PC and I lost all my Playnite statistics. Is there a way to download my playtime from howlongtobeat? Ie. I had a lot of Xbox pc pass games like Gears that I used playnite and your addon to upload play times. Is there a way to download them now? To go the other way around?

Not sure if anyone else is running into this problem but HowLongToBeat can't seem to find data for games anymore.

If I delete the HLTB data for a game and try fetching it again, I get errors and warnings:

20-05 19:12:53.994|WARN |HowLongToBeat#PluginDatabaseObject`4:No HltbData for 82541
20-05 19:12:56.306|ERROR|HowLongToBeat#Web:Web error with status code NotFound

In this case, the messages are for the game "Peaky Blinders: Mastermind" which should have data:

Edit: Saw a bunch of posts about this on Discord so it's a widespread issue. Looks like something changed on howlongtobeat.com's side.

Hello!

Loving this extension!
One question though; is it a bug or a feature that when I "set current completed playtime on..." for games that it puts them on my HLTB list as both "Playing" and "Completed" rather than just completed?

Hey all.

I'm new to Playnite (running version 9.19. default theme), so I might be missing something here, but I'm really struggling to get this going. I've downloaded HLTB and successfully installed it and I can see the icon on both the left side bar and the upper right (near where Steam Friends is), but no matter how many settings I adjust, I **cannot** get it to appear in or above the game description like the 5th screenshot in the original post (control_01) or like it appears in practically any screenshot on this site (e.g., https://playnite.link/forum/attachment.php?aid=1856).

Preemptively, I have:
- (1) installed and reinstalled it.
- (2) edited the settings through the Add-ons menu
- (3) used all the options from the "extensions" mouse-over menu (i.e., Download plugin data..., Set your current playtime for all games, Refresh HowLongToBeat userdatas, Refresh all data, Add tag for all games).

Can someone please help me?
