Hi, I think i'm stupid because with a banners theme no banners are shown. I added banners to platform and in game details.

I use the portable version of playnite if this is important.

Try Settings > Advanced and select missing icon as Platform

Hello, I have a really weird bug that occurs only with the "XBOX Series (Banners)" version of your theme.
All my covers are square so I have a 1:1 ratio set in options, but if one of my cover pictures is not square, look at what I have : https://i.imgur.com/hsb8cHR.jpg

The strangest thing is that everything is perfect with every other version !

Yeah thats something I don't know how to fix as the mask for the rounded corners does not adjust to different heights if the artwork is not the same ratio

I love this theme and appreciate the work you have put into it. I seem to be failing miserably to get the banners version of the theme to work properly. I have attached and image, I don't know what setting I somehow messed up but any help would be awesome!

EDIT: Okay so the problem resolved itself once I went and changed some more of the covers by deleting the logos.

Until SteamGridDB or IGDB start supporting square formats, are there any other platforms folks here are using to get 1:1 box art for this theme? I saw the post by OP mentioning how they acquired most from the console stores. That's fine for modern, cross-platform titles, but that probably barely scratches the surface for many of us. I'd even be down to make a bunch myself and I'd want to be able to share with others.

Hi i like your xbox themes, especially your other "Fullscreen XBOX Series", but i didn't liked colors in this desktop theme. I tried to play around with the "ThemeModifier" plugin and I liked the result, but I ran into the problem that the colors of the play button and cover edges can't be changed. Is it possible to release another version with Green color like in "Fullscreen XBOX Series"?

some feedback:


-add animation like every other theme when your mouse hover on the buttons on upper right corner of the window( the minimize,fullscreen and close windows buttons).

-change link hover colour to dark green

I like this theme a lot, however, I dont like green color of the icons and some other stuff. Id preffer them all in grey and I havent found a way to change that. Would you like to explain me how? Id appreciate that a lot!

What do you mean deleting?
I already exclude in these options and the problem still persists after updating the game's metadata.

I used the Xbox One + Banners theme, but no banners appear on mine. I don't know about the specifications to use like
in the Grid View settings, or anything. The only thing that changed to my Playnite is the positioning of some items. Could you
be more specific of what to do in order to attain that of the very first photo of your post? Because I swear mine is totally just a plain game cover.

I did what you said with the Ctrl + W stuff, but I don't even know to which part of the added platform should I add these png files that
were uploaded here in the comments, because when you add a platform, it will ask for three photos (icon, cover, background image) where will I
add these banner photos? The instructions were really blurred. I hope you can help me, I started modifying my Playnite at 5 PM, its now 1 AM.

Please, help me. I badly want to replicate that theme. Thanks
