How to make FB Alpha work?

FB Alpha isnt in the support emulators list so I try to follow the MAME setting but it didnt work, anyone have figured this out pls help thank you

Just to confirm, you added the profile manually right?
It seems it's a problem with the default command you wrote. I found this googling: https://documentation.help/FB-Alpha/command.htm
You need to use the file path/name without the extension, I could fix it by using "{ImageNameNoExt}" instead of "{ImagePath}". You still need to put the game rom in the roms directory.
