Playnite Game Speak
A Text to speech plugin for playnite, it can "speak out" the game names, game launching, game installed and game uninstalled texts using speech api.
Settings
Using the "Settings -> Plugins -> Game Speak" screen you can choose which texts to speak out and where (fullscreen, desktop, both or never) and even change the spoken text. Some events can use the [game] variable which will be replaced by the game name when spoken out as you can see in the screenshot below
