Fullscreen Banner "CX Edition" v0.5

Big thanks to Goose for the original theme (Fullscreen Banner) that i used as the base!

I modified the Fullscreen Banner theme from Goose to my liking and want to share it. I mixed a little bit of Xbox stuff into it.
The theme is also OLED-TV friendly with lots of pure Black instead of grey tones.

IMPORTANT: Backup your background video file in case it gets deleted from the update!

Changelog:

v0.5 - 18.01.2021:
- Optimized background video (Thx to Crow and Joyrider3774). 
     -> The video will now pause while Playnite is in background and will no longer eat up ressources.
     -> The video will resume when Playnite is the active window again.

v0.4 - 17.01.2021:
- Fixed fullscreen background video for aspect ratios other than 16:9.

v0.3 - 16.01.2021: 
- Minor bugfixes and optimizations. 
- Now its default to play a background video from "FullScreenBannerDark_CX\Videos\video.mp4". 
    ->Video file is not included as of now. You need to use your own "video.mp4" and place it into the directory mentioned above.
- Showing game logos again in main menu.
- Only shows playtime and last time played now. for details use A / Cross to go into the game.

Was there sections added to Playnite, how is there an apps section that's separate from the games list, can you have as many tabs sections as you want?

Oh cool,  this is a feature I've wanted for ages. Can you release it? Is it useable on other themes and vanilla playnite? How do you implement it, have you bakedthe setting into playnite or do you have to set it up outside the program?

What I did was changing the language.xml in my language to rename the categories. Then I made it so "avorites" are "games", and "most played" are "apps". I then set the total playtime of all my apps (not games) to a high value like 990030h. With the last two values "30" I sort my apps.

Then I made some "placeholder" games in Playnite with a black cover/background etc so it blends into the theme background  and sorted them also behind the "30" total playtime. When using this it looks like after my last app there are no more apps.

When I launch the theme nothing happens. Moreover please in your video you were using background music of PLaystation 5, do I use it with Joyriderplaynite sound extension? Because I heard that there is a bug that keeps the music playing while starting a game. Any help will be much appreciated.

Check if you are using the right folder for video. If you have installed Playnite you need to look for the folder of themes in app data.
The soundplugin works great, no bugs so far for me. Music stops when playing a game.

Love this amazing work, both the original and this customized look for the Full screen theme, but I would really highly appreciate it if you made a video tutorial for us people who are bad with such tweaking etc, as easy as it might be for most of the people... I think me and a lot of people would appreciate it, if it is possible <3

what if there is no FullSCreenBanner folder inside Theme??
edit: I created the folder and still wont display the video

Same as me, this is why I was hoping for a video tutorial, I get no folder and even if I manually create it the video does not appear, please PM me if you somehow fix it bro

Would you know why my client crashes after installing? I've tried different versions and the theme just doesn't load.

Is there a way to replace the icons with text? I already figured out how to take them out (just simply commenting em). Could someone post a script for this?

Good theme well optimized but i have one issue idk if its just me or wrong configuration which is in full screen mode background wallpaper looks bad and not 1080 p as desktop mode did the full screen reduce image quality ?
