I looked around the net for a the Xbox dynamic wallpaper and I couldn't find it

I'll probably find some random dynamic looping clip to use in it's place..

No unfortunately I won't be doing that. This a theme to closely match the Xbox experience, so unless the xbox ui changes to something like the above I won't be changing the theme.

How do I activate this download icon for games not installed? and another thing, there is a bug in the "all games" grid, when there comes a time when I can't navigate horizontally, when I press the button left or right, it goes to the bottom or top game, not the sides.

I'm not sure what you mean. What download icon?
I can't reproduce the problem with the grid, I can make it jump 1 row up though and I've fixed that so in the next release hopefully your issue will be fixed.

There is a light mode bug for this theme that only appears in 'all games' where it still uses some dark theme elements

also not sure if this is a bug or feature but the games are hidden for a split second when alt tabbing into playnite only with this theme

Thanks for letting me know about the light mode bug. I'll fix that in the next release.
The disappearing games are a feature, whenever the main screen is not focused the list goes blank and then reloads when the main screen is focused again. It's sorts the issue of the list not being in the correct order after launching a game.

EDIT: I've updated the DKG Theme Modifier to fix the Light Mode issue.

Is there a way to change aspect ratio for All Games section when Banners Suport is enabled? Because, it seems that aspect ratio in this section is 1:1 but on main menu is 1:1 plus the banner on top, making the cover cropped in All Games section.

Unfortunately there is no way around that right now. Other than manually coding the sizes for the grid view, but everyone will have different amounts of games so it would be impossible.

Question/Suggestion

Is there a way to have the Dynamic background come on when a game doesn't have a background image set? I have some older and fan-made games installed that do not have "Background Images" and I always thought that would be interesting if it could be set up that way.
