Can the DKG Theme Modifier be able to quickly change the theme sounds? I mean game selection sound and background sound, but also the introductory video, if I use the PS5 theme and want to switch to the XBOX theme now I have to manually go and change the sounds in the playnite catella and switch between its PS5s with the XBOX ones , can't do this thing from DKG Theme Modifier? I just put the various folders inside Playnite with its for each theme the first time and then change the sound easily from DKG Theme Modifier
Yes this is technically possible. However it would require the movement and re-naming of files in extension directories. I'm not sure how people would feel about this, or how the developers of extensions would feel about my extension moving files about in their extension directories. It could cause errors for these other extensions and the developers of them extensions would be contacted for errors caused by my extension. It could also happen the other way, a developer updates their extensions and it breaks my extension as things aren't where they're excepted to be and then I would be required to fix errors caused by others.
It all seems a bit risky. As always though I'll look into it.
C: \ Users \ Name \ AppData \ Roaming \ Playnite \ ExtraMetadata \ Themes \ Fullscreen,
there are the background music files of the themes and the introductory videos, now for the introductory videos of the themes since the various themes are named differently, the PS5 and the XBOX automatically recognize them, for the background music and the sound of the themes you should it do the same thing, just rename the audio files so that the theme recognizes its specific sound, is that too complicated that would modify the authors' extensions?
If so you could make this change on the theme side so that the theme recognizes its specifically named sound, I don't know if it can be done I'm just trying to give advice for what little I understand, thank you very much
