In Desktop Mode go to Settings, Plugins, DKG Theme Modifier like the screenshot below, you can then choose to check for Modifier updates, you will then see tabs for each theme you have installed:

 

 

-- DKG Theme Switcher --
The DKG Theme Switcher will copy files for Extra Metadata Tools Background Music, Background Video and file for Playnite Sounds to help when switching between themes.

-- Setup --
In Desktop Mode Enable the DKG Theme Switcher:


You will then see tabs for any of my themes you have installed. Open the Extra Metadata Tools Background Music + Video folder and drop in the appropriate files.



Next open the Playnite Sounds folder and copy the appropriate files:


Do this for each theme.

After following the setup above there are 2 ways to copy the files.

-- Automatically copy files --
For it to automatically copy the files when changing between themes you must follow the steps below.

Step 1 change theme to the one you want:


Step 2 DO NOT RESTART:


Step 3 switch to desktop mode:


Step 4 switch to full screen mode, the reason it needs to switch to desktop mode is to release the full screen files so they can be modified:

- PS5ish Animated Intro time option removed, instead change the time to 1 second, this allows all other animations to execute properly.
- PS5ish changed option from "Title" to "Platform Title" this now removes the platform from the end of the title on the main page, to remove the title on the main page you can just disable game titles in the Playnite settings in fullscreen mode.
- Video covers option added for XBOXSERIESish.

edit: it only appears to work if you also have the PS5ish fully updated also

I confirm that the theme modifier does not work, the text in the theme card is not changed, I have already deleted the old modifiers and the customization in the ps5ish modifier is missing.
I did some tests and the text does not change in ps5ish default mode

Yes indeed it is, I was wrong thanks.

I would like to propose one thing, since you have grouped all your themes in a single modifier, what do you think of adding the possibility to modify / change the backgroud music and the sounds of the various themes in an easier and more intuitive way? What I mean is that if I stay on the PS5ish theme and switch to the xboxish theme I quickly, intuitively and easily change / remove the backgroung music, theme sounds and even the dynamic theme background, all from the modifier, you might succeed to do such a thing? Would be great

I've deleted the previous PS5ish install before updating, and also deleted the modifier, so clean install of both. The theme itself works fine and even work with the ExtraMetaData, but in desktop mode the Custimize tab is blank, so i can't tweak the way i've configured before the update. I've screwed something on the process?

Customise is blank when Default Mode is turned on. This was the same in the previous Modifier. Turn off Default Mode and then you can customise the theme more.

Add a "theme reset" option to reset (and clean up) the theme(s) if something goes wrong. Also "add a Yes / No Are you sure?" dialog box with description what will be done to it.

Solution (my guess)?
If you remove the checkbox on "Enable Banners", the icon display should be re-enabled.

The issue you're having actually seems like Extra Metadata Tools has not integrated with the theme correctly. Have you had the pop up box? And then clicked OK and restarted the theme?

Addendum: I only recovered by deleting the SIMPLEish theme and reinstalling it.

Another suggestion:
Background
It would really be neat to have the option to set a fixed background image ("enter path"?) or by platform and/or library?

Theme Name left upper corner
optionally replace the "SIMPLEish" in the left upper corner with username and configurable picture (and dont recut it to a circle, let squares be square, but let it be affected by the rounding option)

Another Bug:
Button prompts are in reverse order
(Playstation) Square is to abort / exit and Cross is activate (make it configurable to reverse order... please)

Yes, I did as instructed.

On the first launch the icons and logo of SIMPLEish were displayed, but after playing around a bit (my guess is activating the banners) the icons would not come back.

Yes, I did as instructed.

The Banners option only effects platform Icons going onto the covers. It won't effect Logos added by Extra Metadata Tools or the Profile Picture added by Extra Metadata Tools. Have you added your logos via Extra Metadata Tools?

Using SIMPLEish with DKG removed the game logos from the sidebar. I ran just the theme for a few days and didn't have issue but I wanted to remove the blur on the Game Details screen and after installing DKG and unchecking the blur box the logos are gone.
