-- Adding Micro Trailers and Trailers --
Micro Trailers are used on the Cover Images in the Main view, Trailers are used in the Game Details view.
To add Micro Trailers and Trailers please use the extension Extra Metadata Tools Video by darklinkpower, found here: https://playnite.link/forum/thread-575.html

To use Video Intro’s, you will need to install the DKG Theme Modifier, this will have a check box to enable Video Intro’s.
You will need to copy your video to:

%APPDATA%\Playnite\ExtraMetadata\Themes\Fullscreen

Your video needs to be named:

SIMPLEishIntroVideo.mp4

Videos are muted by default so they do not collide with Playnite Sounds on Startup, you can unmute the Video Intro in the DKG Theme Modifier.

-- Background Image --
To install open Windows Explorer and copy %APPDATA%\Playnite\Themes\Fullscreen into the navigation bar. Go into the folder for SIMPLEish. Go into the Media folder and then copy in a jpg called background.jpg. It will then be used as the background for everything if Game Backgrounds are disabled.
 
 
-- Profile Picture, Background Music & Background Video --
There are now two ways of doing this depending on whether you have Extra Metadata Tools installed or not, please follow the relevant guide below.

-- WITHOUT Extra Metadata Tools --
To install open Windows Explorer and copy %APPDATA%\Playnite\Themes\Fullscreen into the navigation bar. Go into the folder for SIMPLEish.
Go into the Media folder and then copy in background.mp3 for background music and either background_1080.mp4 or background_2160.mp4 for background video.
For Profile Picture you will see a Profile Pictures in the Media folder, the one name ProfilePicture.png will be the one used, so you can add your own here. It is recommended you use something that is the same resolution.
 
 
-- WITH Extra Metadata Tools --
Please scroll down to the section below called -- Extra Metadata Tools -- for all the information on this.
 

-- Extra Metadata Tools --
This Extension allows you to add Logo's for each game and not use the Icon's for Logo's like this theme currently does, Profile Picture, Background Music and Background Video. All media is retained in the Extra Metadata Tools folder so is not deleted upon theme updates.
You'll need to go to https://playnite.link/forum/thread-575.html and follow any instructions for installation of the plugin.
 
To add a Profile Picture, Background Music or a Background Video you'll need to right click any game and then add them like the screenshot below, you only need to add these once not for each game.


You should see a pop up like below when starting my theme for the first time with this extension installed, just click OK and restart Playnite and it will all be working. If you don't see this pop up please restart Playnite until you do.


If you want to go back to using the Icon's you will need to uninstall the extension and re-install my theme.
 
 
 
-- SuccessStory Integration --


For Trophy's Earned to show you need to install the latest version of SuccessStory which can be found here: https://playnite.link/forum/thread-275.html

Once installed in Desktop Mode you need to go to Settings, Plugins and then SuccessStory. On the Appearance tab you need to turn on Enable custom theme integration (Only if integrated in custom theme), see screenshot below:

-- Tutorial - Quick Guide To Add Images -- 

This is a quick guide to adding images more easily for this theme.
For Cover Images click the "G" like below, then replace the word "cover" with imagesize:1024x1024 site:store.playstation.com like below. This will find images only from the Playstation Store, you can remove site:store.playstation.com if you don't want images just from there. 


For Background Images click the "G" like below, then replace the word "wallpaper" with imagesize:3840x2160 site:store.playstation.com like below. This will find images only from the Playstation Store, you can remove site:store.playstation.com if you don't want images just from there.


For any of the imagesize: bits you can add your own resolutions. Hopefully this guide helps.

1.) Achievement is cut off on my screen 21:9 3440x1440p monitor.

The Achievement you're talking about, is it the one in the bottom right corner? That's not supported in my theme, I believe you have fullscreen integration turned on in SuccessStory.

The slider is only set to 4 for now while I find the time to extend the animation.

I really liked this new view with working trailers and even micro trailers!) But I would really like a more beautiful and elegant neat menu of information about the game ..) And even better if instead of a gray background at the bottom, it would be better to have transparency, like it looks insanely beautiful in ps..Thank you so much for this great opportunity to finally enjoy the trailers! And for the ability to add them without downloading them or going into the browser, it's insanely cool and convenient

the background music seems to play multiple times at once, i think it starts when you enter a games details page

Some trailers fill the size of the cover, but others are smaller ive attached 2 examples any idea why?

The background music does fade out and fade in when going in and out of game details, it's the only way to then have control of the background music and mute it when you turn trailer music on. 

The issue with the videos not covering the covers is just a resolution issue. If the videos are low resolution with micro trailers are, they won't cover the whole cover properly. I haven't found a way around it yet but if you use a grid view where the covers are smaller it hardly happens.

There won't be 2 tracks playing at once, it fades in and out of the same track going in and out of game details. They won't be in time with eachother though. Its either that or have no background music for game details.

This is by far my favourite theme for full screen Playnite. I'll only miss an option to hide the left filter/search bar. I use gamepad buttons to launch the filters and the search box, so having an option on the theme configuration to hide that bar is something interesting.

Where ever you want. When You first run Extra Metadata Tools Video it will ask you to choose where they are, so you can store them anywhere.

Just wondering if it's possible to make transparent background of sidebar and in details view of the game? To make background like in grid view.
