Having issues while using splash screen extension, please help!

This is my first post in playnite forums, playnite is really a awesome piece of software and very thanks for the developer! 

I recently tried splash screen extension, but when I try to run the game, it running behind the splash screen making splash to appear forevor till 
I manually select the game in the taskbar. Also in full screen mode, when I run the game, playnite is minimizing before starting the game and splash screen I have to manually select in the taskbar ruining the purpose of the extension. Any help will be really appreciated!
