Is resolution changing possible?

I recently had to downsize to an HP w1907 monitor that has a resolution of 1440x900 (16:10) and I was wondering if adjusting adjusting Playnite's resolution is possible?

I was assuming it didn't, some of themes seemingly didn't fit correctly. I'm assuming because they were made with 1080p in mind.

If you have issue with a specific theme, then you need to report it to its author. The default one was designed to work with any resolution.
