Remove Launcher game Game pass

Is there a way to remove the launcher when launching the Game pass Marvel's Avengers game? I would like the game to start directly when I am with the playnite full screen theme and not open the launcher window first, is there a script or something? With the -nolauncher action it just doesn't seem to work, thank you very much

I encountered another problem, even if I quit the Marvel's Avengers game the game remains running and this means that when I quit the game the full screen theme does not start working properly, I use the script when starting the game and at exit "DS4WindowsCMD.exe -command stop" and "DS4WindowsCMD.exe -command start" the first works but not the second since using the game it is still running, is there a way to solve?
