Importing Xbox Console Games

I would like to have my xbox console games (I have a series X) imported into playnite. I have ticked the box to import console games on the Xbox exention but they don't seem to be importing into my library. Does anyone know how I can do this? If it is possible

Only games that you played at least once while being online will be imported.

Thanks- it seems like my physical games I own on disk don't seem to import. Is there a way of importing these as I like to keep track of playtime ect.?
