Yea, that's what I was hoping for. You can do it if you use the full screen windows start menu, also you can do it with a great program called winlaunch which is a direct copy of MacOS's Launchpad and it uses built in windows aero on windows 10 and 7 but doesn't work on windows 8 because they removed it. I have an animated wallpaper and you can see the motion behind the tiles and icons. I was hoping to get the same thing with this theme.
