Is 0.70 compatible with Playnite 8 which I believe comes out to the public tomorrow?

I couldn't get the installer to work but I copied the files over from my previous Playnite instance and it worked just fine. Lost my color scheme unfortunately due to not having Theme Modifier but the theme itself so far works great in 8.1.

Updated to 8.1 within Playnite, and my color scheme was preserved.
Installed ThemeModifier, HowLongTobeat and SuccesStory without problems. Even SuccesStory all achivements list works with the custom height. 

But GameActivity after install, it's missing, restarted PC, drag an drop, or run it's installer without success. 
Has anybody installed? It's working with eMixedNite??

Edited: If GameActivity doesn't work, in settings (F4) go to  Extensions -> Other and verify that there's only one, the latest GameActivity installed. If there's a previous version uninstall it.

is this a bug with the theme package or with Playnite?

Hmm, worked fine for me just now.  Perhaps check your Playnite.log file (in the install directory) to see if there's a particular error it's throwing?

Holy crap man, I just updated from like 0.62 up to 1.0 and all these new enhancements... It's like you're reading my mind in terms of what to add! Incredible!

I had already hacked the banner idea from the XBOX mod into eMixedNite 0.62, but now you've gone and added it natively! I also love the source icons! And the completion status icons! I hadn't even thought of that, but I already can't imagine living without it!

Truly, this is the best theme for Playnite, IMO. Makes an already fantastic program basically feature complete, at least for my purposes!

Something similar happened to me using  GameActivity.
Try going into settings (F4) then Extensions -> Theme and verify that there's only one , the latest eMidexNite installed. If there's a previous version uninstall it. Same with the plugins, in settings go to  Extensions -> Other and verify that there's only one, the latest installed. If there's a previous version uninstall it.

There are several really nice looking banners in this thread. Unfortunately it seems like the theme isn't setup to use banners for several platforms. Also, the PC entries are overlays on the generic PC banner, rather than separate banners.

It would be nice to have some way to (re-)use all the great work from the forum in this theme!

I like eMixedNite quite a bit as a theme. I avoided it for a long time because I despise the red palette though. I finally sat down and modified the color scheme more to my liking with the excellent ThemeModifier plugin.

For the palette I used Solarized with a dark background. There are two elements I'm not happy with, but they're minor.
1. "Dismiss All" notifications is hidden
2. There's a background mismatch on filter checkboxes

Anyway, here's what it looks like: Link

love the additions to the grid layout. is there a way to toggle the platform banners above the grid image on and off? same with the Last Played banners at the bottom?

For the banners, you can use them, I got some from there. Go to menu --> Library --> Library Manager, then in platforms look for the ones you want to configure and  set it in Select icon, like this:

Yes, you can toggle, in the eMixedNite theme folder look for them in Constants.xaml at line 19:

Never used standard theme colors    . I will look into them
Used the solarized theme color in the link, and I found the Dismiss all it's a color  mismatch, for the checkboxes I didn't see it.

For the next update, you can remove the PC platform custom icon, and replace the source icons for banners in the the theme installation folder \Images\stores - the banner must be PNG and have the same name. For now, if you do this, there will be space above and to the right.
